Kabarnet University College, in collaboration with IFT (Innovative Forward Thinking Solutions), coordinates a structured pathway for nursing education, professional development, NCLEX preparation and international career awareness. The pathway is designed to guide students and practising nurses from their initial nursing education through professional preparation, with support and guidance offered at each stage.
This pathway emphasises nursing education, professional development, structured NCLEX examination preparation, international career awareness, student guidance and ongoing support. It is intended to help students make informed decisions and build the competencies relevant to contemporary nursing practice, both locally and internationally.

WHAT IS NCLEX?
NCLEX stands for the National Council Licensure Examination. It is a standardised professional licensure examination administered under the U.S. National Council of State Boards of Nursing (NCSBN) framework and used by U.S. nursing regulatory bodies (state boards of nursing) to help determine readiness for nursing licensure.
