In-charge- Department of ICT
Jared Ngare is the In-Charge of the ICT Department at Kabarnet University College. He holds a Master’s Degree in Information Systems, a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, and a Diploma in Electronics Engineering. He is currently pursuing a PhD in Information Systems.
Jared brings strong expertise in ICT infrastructure, systems development, digital transformation, and user support within higher education environments. His professional focus includes strengthening ICT governance, improving service delivery, supporting e-learning systems, and aligning technology initiatives with institutional goals. He is passionate about leveraging technology to enhance teaching, learning, research, and administrative efficiency.
Joshua Kipkemoi
Department of ICT – Maintenance & Operations
Joshua Kipkemoi is an ICT Officer in the Department of ICT at Kabarnet University College. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.
He is responsible for the maintenance and day-to-day operation of ICT systems across the University. His role includes troubleshooting hardware and software issues, supporting users, maintaining computer laboratories and offices, and ensuring the smooth operation of ICT infrastructure. Joshua is committed to ensuring reliable and efficient ICT services that support teaching, learning, and administrative functions.
